        If I could put 0 stars I would. I got into a car accident and my car was sent here. My insurance company PAID them to ship all the items in my trunk and glove department back in November 2023. It is now February 20th 2024 and I still havent got my items. Every time I call them they claim they will send it and yet I still dont have my things. I had at last $1000 worth of items in my car and yet I still dont have them. Im starting to think they stole my items like the other reviews claim they have. DO NOT get your car sent here if you have a choice to decide. I pray everyday that IAA Grenada will get their karma because what they are doing is completely messed up!!! May the universe bless yall with the same kindness you guys have given to me x10

        You don't want to know. Just pray that you never have to deal with these people when your vehicle is towed there. There's a good chance everything in your vehicle will be taken. The only thing left was my license plate.

        My vehicle was towed there for less than 48 hours and the stupid employees decided to take it upon their selves to steal out of my car , and then when I called to try and see if they can share the information where they had to do inventory through my car they couldnt give me no information what so ever. my car when i got it back everything was went through and center console , sunshade holder , open and stuff everywhere all over my car. All my change GONE I think I know how I left my car yall little sneaky ****. Karma is a **** . 0 out of 5 stars obviously they are worthless if you are going to steep that low and steal.
