        I paid $1,000.00 for rugs for an entire house. And sent the Maintenance person back to pick them up without the receipt, and they would not let him pick them up. Then I gave My Maintainace person the receipt and now they talking about he need a bol and which the store manager only gave me the receipt and the color card of my paint mixed. And when I talked to him on the phone, the manager says oh yes I remember helping you get a credit card with us. But we will still need the bol . So, I says how can I produce something you never handed to me. So, Ill let my credit card company work with them. And go to a construction liquidation store closer to me and transport it myself. And save money.

        Customer service was awful!! Stopped in early in the morning to get a one item. Two people in line in front of me. One guy checking out. 4 other guys just standing around looking at each other never once asked me if I needed help.
