Wonderful and warm folks! They are very caring and compassionate. Very thorough and explain everything to the patient. Highly recommend Dr. Duncan for every age group.

Dr. Duncan was great. He fixed my grandson's front tooth that had gotten broke off in an accident. It looks great. It was a great experience. My grandson said it didnt hurt at all and the dentist was really nice.

I appreciate the laid back educational approach to help me understand what led to my problem. I DON'T appreciate 1) Being sent to Greenwood for the procedure to totally end it. Just throw money to buy time? As if ending the problem in the city I live is illegal? Hey doc, people leave Greenville to go where they can actually get most if not everything done not too far from work and home. And no availability exists for dental appointments on Saturday? I get every other weekend off. That would work. Nope. And worse, some days you're open only mornings. As if that is going to encourage me to spend two weeks plus of work and miss more work? I'll do no such thing. Instead, I'd rather use vacation time for fillings and extractions. Disagree? Then change how you operate. Because average people will prioritize loved ones, bills, and food over calling off work and falling further in a hole. You'll have to go to a metropolitan city to survive if you think that approach will work.
