        mr. Hughes will talk a good game when getting you to retain him, however his team and himself rarely give call backs and have went back on what he could do for my family. After giving him a hefty deposit he basically refused to do anything including calling back unless being harassed daily until the full amount was paid. Its disheartening because we thought by his reviews he could help us but judging by his poor professionalism we believe we just lost money and its best to look else where.

At one point in my life I felt like I was drowning in debt and saw no way out but after meeting with Attorney Hughes and discussing my options I immediately felt relief.       Ms. Moore, I have read your review but would point out that you are not a client of mine. We show no record of having ever represented you in any capacity. However, for the benefit of anyone else reading your review, I want it to be clear that most attorneys will not enter legal representation in a court file until they have been fully retained. By your own admission, you or whoever you are associated with has only paid a deposit. My office policy, which is explained to all clients, is that with the payment of a deposit we will start working up our file in the office but will not enter a court appearance until the balance has been paid. This directive is made clearly and up front at the outset of representation.Secondly, my staff is highly regarded by our clients as you can see from other reviews. Being a peronsable law office, my staff stives to effectively communicate with our client on a timely basis and exhibit genuine concern for each of their situations.Again, you are not a client of ours but I wish you well in locating your attorney.
