        Dr. Charles Strange has got to be the best doctor we have ever seen. He does not rush you and takes his time answering any questions. He is always very nice to my son, who is 7. Doesnt treat him like a baby incapable of understanding, but still understands he is just a kid and needs extra patience and understanding. I wonder if he offers primary care. If so, Id like him to be ours. Wait time is a little long here at times, but other times its lightening quick.

        I will never go back to this Urgent Care. I had to make 2 visits and pay 2 co-pays and still didnt have answers on what was wrong. They finally sent a culture off after the 2nd day to be tested for other viruses besides the common Strep, Covid and the Flu. I was told I would have results back within 24/48 hours. I had to call them after 48 hours and the lady was very rude and short at first then informed me that my test were back but the NP had to call me with what they found. Well that never happens so I call back the next day and was told again that my results were back and that someone would call me back shortly. I finally got a call back and was given the results (after I was informed that one dr thought the other dr called me on Friday )that she was going to call me in some antibiotics, this was at 11:30 am and at 4:00 pm I called the pharmacy and was told that no medicine was called in for me. So I called back to the urgent care to find out about my medicine , only to get hung up on and when I call immediately back a gentleman answered and tried to inform me that I was being rude because his staff didnt communicate with one another nor did they do their job. Ive been in the bed sick for 5 days and getting well was left in the hands of these people who couldnt do their job. Ive been to this clinic many times and Ive never been treated so poorly but I will not be back. I hope yall get better with your communication and doing YOUR job or you will continue to lose customers.
