        All the employees were very friendly and polite. The owner came out to answer any questions I had. I was impressed with the price for condo insurance.

        I switched to Coastal because they had the best prices for my rental properties. Great service

        Same for me on trying to get quotes. I figured I would try to use a local business but twice was promised a quote the same day, I didnt need a same day quote but basically why tell me youll have something for me by the end of day but never even contact me back at all. I feel like twice I gave them an opportunity to communicate, but I guess they dont need my business. Update: 23 April 2022. Update: Thanks Mr Jim Twiggs for following up on this review and making sure the communication is there now.
