Carol Carter and her team have been cleaning for my blind, elderly uncle for about three years. He never knew how filthy his house was - particularly the kitchen and bathrooms. He passed away at the age of 94 and had a very good life! His house had to be completed cleaned out - furniture, clothing and kitchen - all while watching the path of Hurricane Ida head towards the Louisiana coast. We left the house in their hands....and as always - the crew of three - Dwight, Lamonte and Terrell - did an incredible job. Trust worthy, caring and they do a great job. I made the appointment for a carpet cleaning at least 2 weeks in advance. I also called a couple days before the actual appointment to confirm the arrival time. Nonetheless, the guy was still an hour late and then took a lunch break 45 minutes after being there. Four hours later he was finally done with the carpet. While the carpet looked much better than prior to the cleaning, the lack of professionalism and lack of consideration for my time had already rubbed me the wrong way.

My husband and I sold our home and needed a move out clean. Not only were they very timely with their communication but their prices are great and the house looked amazing! I highly recommend Dust Bunny for any cleaning needs you have.
