The Pointe Apartment Homes

If you are elderly DO NOT rent here. My grandmother had a massive stroke. She has one month left on her lease and PER A DOCTORS NOTE she can not live on her own. (She is almost 88). They REFUSE to let her break lease. AGAIN SHE PHYSICALLY CAN NOT LIVE ALONE. Not only that tried to tell my mother that she has to give a 30 day notice, EVEN THOUGH HER LEASE WILL BE OVER IN A MONTH!! I also lived here through the pandemic and the front office staff is awful. They have no idea whats going on. Always looking to raise the rent at every renewal. Just dont do it. This place is a complete joke.

After looking for an apartment from one end of the MS Gulf Coast to the other, The Pointe knocked it out of the park! They treated me as a future resident from the start!

The staff and management here at the Pointe Apartments are exceptional. They keep the units in great condition. Ive never had any issue with other tenants. Our time here has been very enjoyable. We hate to leave, but we were only here for a transitional time. I would highly recommend living here, long term or short term. Abrel has always been so nice. She remembers my kids when shes see them, and has always been so friendly. 10/10

This is a great apartment complex to live in. The property management is very professional and helpful. The grounds are kept in very clean condition. I also love how pet friendly they are. I would definitely recommend anyone to live here.

The ABSOLUTE best!! Very clean and well taken care of! Friendly and very helpful staff. I would recommend this place 10000000xs! I couldnt have picked a better place to live!
