Y'all sent my limited edition Ozzy Osbourne album to another person and I've yet to get it back! It said delivered and I got no way to call and talk to a human at your darn post office! I'm sick of automated voicemails!

Terrible, went on vacation, returned and the very day I returned after leaving specific instructions, they sent a very important package back to sender. And it's only an hour away and yet they say they cannot have it delivered to me, if I get my item I might change my mind
