I have always gotten my tires here in the past years, And the service has always been excellent. However today was a nightmare. I had them order tires , but then they sold them to someone else. I reordered the tires.Made sure I got there early in the morning to have them put them on. After waiting for several hours, they told me.They'd lost one of the
Tires. The communication was very poor Service has gone down hill. I won't be back.

Thank you so much Rueben for an excellent experience today. Was in Flowood today had a flat tire on Lakeland Dr.. Rueben got me fixed up and back on the road. Highly recommend them

Had an issue with my tire repair and diagnosis after paying our bill and got home. Had no choice but to bring my car back in just a few hours later. I was thinking on the way how to explain this to them and do they trust what I would say. Mr.Jimmy didn't not have any question and apologized for what happened although it was not even him who made the mistake. He took care of everything and went extra miles for me and my husband. What Mr. Jimmy did has definitely turned my experience with Gateway a 180 degrees around. I lead a team myself and know errors will happen but Mr.Jimmy just proved to me that this Gateway will get it done right, even though it may take a second chance. Will come back again for our car needs.
