Kevin and his staff are amazing. We have used their catering service at my church and for our company employee events for a while now. This year for our employee Christmas gathering we requested a few vegan options, and trusted him to create something great. As always the food and service was spectacular. For the vegan options we had vegan chicken parm, spaghetti squash , roasted potatoes, and mixed vegetables. Each dish had all of the flavor and perfection as the non plant based options. I picked up some meals from my gym and tried them over the week. They were hit and miss. One I didnt get to eat because it was spoiled on the sell by date. Which made sense. Because why would something I bought on Saturday still be good on Wednesday? Sell by dates and menu titles are miss leading. Low country boil had plenty of shrimp. Not over cooked when reheated. Chicken Enchilada also tasty and plenty of protein. The buffalo chicken was not buffalo chicken. Very salty, couldnt eat it. I was sad about that because the broccoli was fresh broccoli and not overcooked, but so salty. Blackened chicken: again plenty of protein but spoiled on sell by date. I think the meals are priced appropriately. In the future I would freeze some. Having these are a time saver and worth it after you figure out what you do and dont like.

What is there not to love? Everything is always great, and healthy! Service is awesome.
