so first off we waited like 2 hours for our food. then we got our food and my boyfriends steak was RAW literally raw. and one lady tried to say it was medium rare but our waitress was so sweet and she agreed that it was raw, she was perfect and did nothing wrong. they took the steak back to cook a little more and it WAS STILL RAW. i didnt get a picture of before it was cooked but i got one after they cooked it a little longer. the pictures below. and keep in mind this was after the steak was cooked more. the people there were very sweet and cared about us. they didnt do anything wrong its just the fact the steak was raw. i just think it should be known they gave us a raw steak. and we did pay for it too.

The last 3 times my partner and I have gone they have really messed his food up. We won't be back.

I ordered the Ribeye steak combo, steak cooked medium. It was cooked medium well to well done and my sweet potato was burned. Server took it back and reordered it, this time it was medium rare. The manager was the head chef. I would have thought that he would know the difference. When I asked if the manager was here the server stated what I mentioned earlier. Service was okay, she couldnt accommodate us with anything extra because the manager wanted her to return everything that didnt work out including a baked potato that was to go. We never saw him.
