I called to Hallmark Hyundai flowoodshortly after I wrecked my car & spoke Mr.Josh Pace he communicated with me daily until I purchased this vehicle he could have sold this vehicle to another customer but he did not I was able to purchase this vehicle through Mr.Josh thumbs up to you & your staff I will highly recommend your business to family & friends.

Keshun Cox was of great assistance to me today At Hallmark Hyundai in Flowood, MS. Very nice young man who knows his job well and is patient and kind. He is very pleasant and a joy to be with. He deserves a raise!!

The service department wasn't friendly or knowledgeable. When I came in they were laying on the counter. I guess it was a long day at 10:30am. I wasn't greeted when I entered and when I made eye contact with one of the people and received a gesture to come foward. They decided to answer a call that honestly took 5 minutes to answer. It was four other people there and I was the only one waiting. I had an appointment and was on time. I left my car there and filled out the paperwork stating that I wanted my car was and vacuumed. I was told they would get started on it early in the morning since the technician was behind. I agreed since I was get a diagnostic done. The next day I haven't received a call, so I did. I was told they haven't gotten to my car yet. This is my only vehicle. I waited another day before calling them again. The lady gave me some options of loans I can take out before telling me what was wrong with my car. I was also told that they didn't have the part in stock and didn't know how long before it comes in. No mention of a loaner car. I went to the dealership my car was dirty and wasn't vacuumed. The tire light was on. I asked if they did the multi point expectation after seeing how my car looked. I was told the serviceman did. I asked if I could see the paperwork. I was told that was for the service department only. So they want me to believe that they checked everything when I couldn't see the proof in the paperwork. I asked for my keys after payment. I drove down the street my oil light came on. I stopped at the nearest auto part store and needed 3qts of oil. I would rather drive 100 miles to the next dealership then go to this one again.
