Run.... read to the end to see why: Walked in and one young girl using her her phone to pop pimples. 4 guys standing to the left and talking, an older lady asked if she could help. I said I needed an estimate, immediately 4 guys to the left headed to the back room to hide. Lady said, can't get an estimate because it's close to the end of the month (it was 27th of April at 4:55PM). I asked her could she check so she went to the back room and then came back to ask me to come back in 4 days at 4:30. Any shop who can't give you an estimate....run. otherwise you will never get your car fixed timely

Guy inspecting hail damage for progressive is a joke. Got there at 10:45 and was on the road at 10:57 with a quote that was half of what I got (and saw in person) with a real inspection. Incompetence at best, and scam at worst. Absolute waste of my time.
