I want every new customer to see this and the old customers that I have served. My name is Timmy King the one you see in the recent reviews. I stand by doing what's right. This man don't want people knowing he has part dementia or altzheimer. As a new worker for him I was doing sales, service and install. HE IS LITERALLY STUCK IN THE OLD DAYS OF DOIN STUFF THAT STANDS AGAINST CODE TODAY. SOMETHING REAL SERIOUS THAT I WANT YOU GUYS TO KNOW. WE ALL KNOW CARBON MONOXIDE CAN KILL PEOPLE EASILY IN THEIR SLEEP. WELL I WENT TO A JOB OF HIS THAT HAS A MAJOR HOLE IN THE FLUTE PIPE THAT VENTS IT OUT THE HOME. WELL SINCE HE HAS DEMENTIA HE DID NOT WANT ME FIXING IT SAYING THAT IT WAS AGAINST CODE WHEN IT WASN'T. IM TELLING YOU PEOPLE START USING OTHER COMPANIES THIS MAN NOT FIT FOR THE POSITION HE IS IN DUE TO PEOPLE NOT TELLING HIM HE HAS A SERIOUS HEALTH ISSUE THAT NEEDS TO BE EVALUATED. SO IF YOU DONT WANT PROBLEMS I ADVISE YOU TO USE SOMEONE WHO IS UP TO DATE ON CODES AND KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE DOING BEFORE FAMILIES START DROPPING LIKE FLIES IN THEIR SLEEP.
ALSO I'VE DONE SEVERAL DUCT WORK JOBS WHERE I QUOTED AND TOLD PEOPLE HOW TO GAIN MORE AIRFLOW IN CERTAIN ROOMS. WELL WHEN I GO OUT TO DO THE WORK, ITS NONE THAT I DISCUSSED WITH THE CUSTOMER AND HE WANT IT HIS WAY BY THINKING AND BEING STUCK IN THE 90S. SO WITH THAT BEING SAID HE CHARGED 1,000 OR MORE TO ADD ANOTHER REGISTER IN THE HOME. WITH THAT BEING SAID IF ROOMS NOT GETTING AIRFLOW.....WHY IN THE WORLD ARE WE ADDING ANOTHER THAT WONT BLOW AT ALL. HIS THINKING ISN'T CLEAR. HE WANTS TO OVERCHARGE KNOWING HIS IDEAS WONT WORK. We cant say enough good things about Brian and the AirMax team. During the record heat, I called the office and was able to speak with Brian. A repair was complete in under two hours, and were no longer baking in the living room. 5 stars. Service: A/C system repair

I am very happy with the service I received from Jimmy, Timmy, and Brian! My fan motor decided to go out first thing on a Monday morning with the temperature projected to get up to 92.. They were able to squeeze me into to their busy schedule and got my AC back working better than ever.
