        Every interaction Ive had with a Midsouth rep/employee has included top tier customer service and professionalism. 10/10 recommend! Ive had my sump pump for a year now and the entire experience has been great. They just came out to do the yearly maintenance on it for me. The fee covers you for an entire year if they need to come back out! LJ did a great job and was super friendly and helpful.
