Bill Newsome was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Bill stated that he would be at my home to start work @9:00, He Texted at about 10:30 & said that he could not make it. I tried calling him several times right after the text & No Answer. I texted him & asked him if he could come the following Monday at 9, I also asked him to let me know by 8:00 if he couldnt make it. Again he Texted about 10:00 & said that he was running late but he was on his way. I replied, Dont worry about it. I will hire someone else.

Billy, displayed excellent customer service. He was very pleasant and welcoming. Billy performed a great job on fixing my kitchen countertop. Overall, excellent experience!
