        Company appears to be working mobile and provides poor work quality. I called on January 16th to see if delivery would happen as requested due to weather conditions. I was told no and reasonably so. I considered canceling order due to the weather and my moms birthday would have elapsed. I was convinced to keep order and they would upgrade my order and below is considered an upgrade????? Highly recommend using an establishment that you can walk in and physically pick out your desires.

        My husband and I live in Hitchcock, TX.  Wisteria has been tremendously helpful getting arrangements to friends and family.  I've received nothing but kind words after arrangements are received.  Reassuring to know someone is there when I can't be.

        Wanted to get my mom some vibrant beautiful flowers for her birthday and chose to get it here. The flowers look nice on the website but are just breathtaking up close, I got the mango split.I am really satisfied with my purchase and so is my mom. I spoke with the lady over the phone and she assured me everything will be taken care of. I just want to say thank you for your great customer service and your gift to the city.

      Thank you for letting us know about your concern. So sorry you were not happy with the arrangement. We did upgrade from the original design/ price. We upgraded from $45 design to a $75 design and added a birthday ballon. If you are looking for a specific design style in the future I hope you can give us details and allow us another chance.
