        really cute place! pretty good food, REALLY good fried pickles. nice waitress, and cool decor. enjoyed my visit:)

        Not the worst food, not the best. After telling my waitress that I wanted coffee and that I was a coffee connoisseur she proceeded to bring me my first two cups,,, lukewarm. It wasn't until my third cup that I got a fresh cup. Kind of down the middle other than the decor.

        Expensive. Small portions. The "large" salad is the size of a small house salad. Only iceberg lettuce offered. The size of a side of sweet potato fries was a joke. Very few vegetarian options. Lovely venue. Service was adequate.

      The French Quarter (Coffee Pot Cafe)

      Step back in time and enjoy the atmosphere and music, as well as the food prepared with love just for you. As you browse around, notice the antique food scales and cheese cutter, from the previous owner's grandparents (Mr. and Mrs. W.R. Hatton) country store of the 1930-40s era. The daily specials may change due to experimenting NEW menu items, or bringing something greater to the table. There will always be homemade desserts and main dishes like Gumbo, Etouffee, Red Beans & Rice, homemade chicken salad, poboys, The Driftwood (our own hamburger creation served on a poboy bun) and grilled cheese made with old-fashioned hoop cheese.
