Stay away far from AD/SG team! They truly don't care other than climbing the social ladder and to make a name for themselves in Laurel/Hometown! They WILL do you dirty! Very dirty! Then REFUSE to sign proper releases and had to get their broker involved! Bad, bad people!

I am currently looking for a realtor to sell my house. Ms. Donna Jones left a business card on my door so I gave her a call when I was ready to list. She and I played phone tag for two days. When we finally spoke, I told her we had another realtor look at for listing, but I was wanting to speak with another realtor before deciding who to list with. Ms. Jones said that she is very busy and did not want waste her time if I was going to list with another agent. She also assumed that the house I was listing was in Taylorsville, because I have a Taylorsville phone number. The house I am selling is in Laurel, but we had discussed nothing about the listing. I am understanding that she is busy, but her assumptions and deliverance of assumptions was quite rude and unnecessary. She has absolutely made my decision to list with another realtor.
