        The portions don't seem to be as big as other Mexican restaurants in the area. I ordered the Hawaiian quesadilla or whatever their equivalent is and it didn't come with an order of rice and beans, whereas at casadores rice and beans comes with the quesadilla. I still love to go by there and eat though! They have great food!

        I appreciate a Mexican restaurant with good chips (not too thick or light but crispy and fresh) and clean restrooms. Burrito Express delivers. We are passing thru from New Orleans to Knoxville, and I was pleasany surprised to discover a solid Mexican restaurant on the way. I have high expectations as I grew up in San Jose, CA. The food was really good for any passers-bys who come thru.
