        The owner is in denial of what is actually going on, because he is in Texas. He trust what he is told. He has a "manager" who tries to pretend, but she is to focused on what she wants. His amazing parents try the best they can. They are the best! But, the owner needs a reality check. If he wants to keep going, he needs people fixing and doing things. He has so much going for him, just needs to keep the people willing to do it. This place really could be amazing, it just needs the right people.
