        I had a really great experience with Mr Appliance. I knew the problem and called them to check. They got it diagnosed fast and got it repaired fast. The price was fair. I would recommend to anyone.

        Customer service was excellent. However, they tried to charge me $170 for a $17 part. I wish I had never called them. If I had known They would have tried to charge me $170 for a $17 switch. Seriously considering canceling my call out fee I paid with my card. I also had to provide my own flashlight as the tech left his at home. When I called the company back to let them know I found a cheaper part and would not need any further assistance the lady that answered the phone hung up on me.

        They did not have the right tool to fix my washing machine and still charge me the $80 something dollars and kept us waiting for a week or two before they told us that they could not get it
