        Waste of time coming here. I dropped my returns, banking info and socials off Monday told me it would be a week to prepare. No big deal. I call Thursday and nothing has been done so I make an appointment for Friday. I get a call that the tax preparer has appointment back to back and for some reason mine needs to be rescheduled to the following Friday. Even though I am one of those apts. The girl also states and we just found your documents yesterday. My personal information was just found. They could have cared less. They need to just tell people that drop off we will get to it when we get to it if we dont misplace your information.
