1 star is TOO HIGH for them. They have major communication/ training issues, barely uphold their appointments, and charge you shipping for part(s) they ship to themselves. I had a 2 o'clock appointment to install a power button for my phone. I was told it would be an hour before they could get to it. When I questioned it, the supervisor said "cause we've got other things to do..." So, what's the purpose of making an appointment if you're gonna put me on hold?!? He then informed me it would be $65 to repair it. What?!? I raised a ruckus about this which caused the manager from the back to come out and he inquired as to what I was told. I informed him the ONLY PRICES I was quoted was the $16 I had already paid and they would call when my part arrived, and then they'd install the button. They offered nothing to rectify this situation, so I demanded back my phone and purchase and walked out of the store and saying "I'll definitely think twice about using your company next time..!!"

Stephanie is amazing. If you break a phone bring it to her, shell work magic for you. Everyone is eager to help and the team is solution focused a six star service in my opinion

These people are super friendly and very good at what they do. I walked in the other day and told them my problem, the guy took my phone right out of my hand and fixed it in the spot literally 5-10 mins. And I cant tell you what he charged me but lets just say it was more than fair. Absolutely as satisfied as I couldve been. I wish more businesses were like this these days.
