        Awesome branch! Low rates, long terms, and prompt service! Online services make everything much smoother. I have done several loans with them and will continue to do so.

        Do not use this company. I fell on some financial difficulties and had to pay off my loan in full. They were very rude and never followed through with anything they said, though I was bending over backwards to get the money to pay the vehicle off. The Vice-President of collections will not follow through with what she says she will do. I worked with a rep named Lawrence Lewis that made fun of my situation and was racist. He told me white people are always crying over their money. Do not use this company for a loan or anything else. Update: 3/9/24- Paid my truck off in Januarystill no title. This company is quick to get their money, but slow to get you whats yours once its paid off.
