      image Not sure who hired the man in the front when you walk in the door, but I came to drop off a package and he was very rude to me. Hopefully was just a bad day and doesnt act like that to everyone. Im sure there are more people who would to work there if giving the chance. I would drive to another location just to avoid seeing him again. Very rude.

      image Call about my package while talking to rude customer service representative who answered the phone my cell died on her so I call back to finish conversation this girl pick up phone hung it up then I called back to her pick it up and not saying anything no greeting or nothing just held the phone finally she hangs it up then take phone off hookfor about 30 minutes so I waited a while n called back because I just know this is not happening but again she repeated the same thing so finally I call 1-800 number get a complaint number for corporate I block my number and call back she answer finally answer rudely then refused to give name and just going to tell me I hung u on her for what Im looking for a package from a company you work for NOT OWN so definitely will never ever do business in this location EVER ups do better with who yall choice to operate your center because this was the worst of the worst experience Ive ever had. Trust the only reason u got 1 star because I had to select something but trust this is a negative 10 stars
