        I had an extreme situation this past Sunday (10 Dec). My tank was almost empty and I needed a immediate refill. So, I called Customer Service (which was in New Jersey) and explained to the person what was going on. He asked a few questions and once I verified who I was he was dispatching a truck to my house. Mr Darrell came across the state line Ala to MS and took care of me. The man was very professional and a definite asset to your company. I appreciate you Darrell

        I have not been a customer of Suburban Propane for a number of years. I recently received a bill in error. Daiva was extremely helpful in getting this error corrected. She was articulate, pleasant, and a very good employee. Her supervisor Tammy was helpful as well. Good employees!
