You never see a doctor in person. They made an appointment in the office and youd think you would meet someone in person. However, you dont. The doctor gave me a script that took me over a week and several calls to even get it sent over. Total waste of my time and gas. The therapist is amazing though. She is easy to talk to and she has great advice. She has been both professional and friendly. She is the only reason I stay. Shes almost like family at this point.

They are not an accredited service. The so called doctors are only nurse practitioners. Very u professional. Counselors dont teach u a dang thing . They ask how ur week was and talk about everything but ur issues and leave . They use patients as medical lab rats they change meds every month no matter if they are working or not . They dont give u the meds that u say work for u . Ms McKenzie is rude and dont listen to her patients and gives u meds that ur allergic to even tho u told her ur allergic to them. And starts being rude when u refuse to take the meds
