        Went in yesterday for a visit. I always use this clinic when Im not feeling well. Front desk staff were friendly. My wait time was not long. I must sing praises to NP Brooke!! She was AMAZING!!! . I had excruciating back pain. She was very caring, she assessed my pain immediately, gave me my diagnosis and prescribed my meds. I felt very well taken care of. Much appreciation to NP Brooke and the staff.

        Worst service ever! Waited over an hour and a half to be told there were still 4 more people in front of me. None of which were sitting in waiting room. Rude staff. I will not be back again and wouldn't recommend to anyone.

      I’m sorry you chose not to wait. I heard the exchange at the desk- our staff was not rude- quite the opposite. All patients have the option to wait in their car when flu is rampant and the waiting room is full.
