    Let me start of by saying I much rather be writing a positive review then a negative review. I EXSPECIALLY rather be writing a good review when it comes to handling large sums of my money and when I haven't even recieved my money from my closing even at this point 4 days later. I will also say closing day this wasn't exactly there fault the USDA bank screwed up and sent the money to the wrong attorney so I was very understanding. I wasn't going to hold them accountable for something they couldn't control. But this is where it becomes there fault, on day 2, 3, and 4. Day 2 I sat back and trusted that these individuals were taking this situation seriously since it is a HUGE deal. Well this was my mistake thinking they were treating this as if it was there money. It was also my fault taking through my realtor and not talking to them directly. So day 3 I decided to get their numbe directly and stay on top of them the whole day to ensure we got this done. Mind you all this took was getting off the computer and putting in the extra effort to call and push the bank to work harder instead of emailing. They handle this in the most sluggish way possible. I called and talk to them on third day and was told that they would have my money by cob and I was happy to hear that. So once again I got complacent and didn't call back for about to 2 hours. So I called back around the end of lunch. I called there number around 11 times and there prerecording informed me they were closed which was extremely confusing. So I kept calling until someone answered and I got in contact with someone new that is im assuming an attorney as well a lady. As I'm talking to her she says oh hey there's a email from them let me respond to them like really how long has that been sitting there unanswered. So as im on the phone she instructs them to send the money as fast as possible. I call back later to check in right before 2pm because im aware now that is there wire transfer cut of time and mind you i live in GA i cant just come get my check. And she says we havnt got the money yet and you won't get it prob till tomorrow so the 4th day with out the closing money for my house that the buyer is already living in. So basically there slogan should be we take our time please don't mind. As a Marine veteran i wouldn't recommend this place if you can avoid it. Going 4 days without recieving a check for your house is unacceptable and a little extra effort put into each and every house you help close on matters.
