      image After 3 years of having 3 commercial policies with them I am calling it quits. Mixing up information between the policies was a normal and constant thing. Constant aggravation due to mistakes. When I have requests they seem to always have a reason not to assist. Payment applied to the wrong policy, that was a mess, I was required to pay again via immediate electronic payment to prevent cancellation of the policy. The payment that was improperly applied was returned to me via snail mail a month later. Asked for assistance to file a claim when a neighboring business damaged my property. Robbin simply replied via email that was a civil matter and she would not be assisting. Asked for a assistance with a claim due to damage to my home, email from Mr. Chandler telling me to call someone else.
