    BLUF: Poor service, rude reception, good location, many annoyances. If you like the idea of multiple eardrum-rupturing fire alarms going off during your stay, door locks breaking, room keys not working, and sub-par room cleaning, then this is your place! On top of that, one of the receptionists is absolutely repulsed by the idea of customer service. Several times, I had to make the dreaded walk from my room to the front desk and pray someone nice was working, but almost every time I was met with the same, disrespectful I dont wanna help you attitude. No one tells you this, but the room service needs to be scheduled the night before AND they DONT REPLACE THE TOWELS! So guess what? Time for another unpleasant interaction with the front desk because god forbid we give the customers new towels. Everything was a chore and an inconvenience! Dont even think about asking for quarters for laundry. Note: some of the receptionists were very nice and helpful. Thank yall for your kindness.

    Nearby activities: Plenty of different shopping stores in the area. Food & drinks: Not a fan of powdered eggs. The fresh fruit looks like a fruit cocktail from the can. Orange juice butter not sure which brand and apple juice was not the best 100% juice. Vanilla waffle

    Hotel staff is very rude and treat you like youre a bother! Upon check in the lady at the desk was on her speaker phone on her cell. She stayed on her phone the entire time she checked me in. I came back to the desk an hour later, because one of our keys wouldnt work and she was still on speaker phone on her cell. The next day we requested room service and were told no because we had to request it the day before. Cleaning staff wouldnt even give us clean towels. We went to the front desk to ask for towels and nobody was at the desk. The front desk clerk walked in from outside and looked at us like we had no right to be standing at the front desk. When I asked for towels she huffed and rolled her eyes. I asked if it was a problem and she replied no and went into back room to get them. The rooms are rundown and need to be renovated. The hallways are lined with bags of garbage from the rooms. We stayed 2 nights and both mornings they were out of food. Dont expect any service or to be treated with any respect from the staff. They are horrible and VERY RUDE!! I will never stay at this hotel again! Not your typical Hilton standards.

    The room was clean, lobby was nice, and the staff were very friendly. I did a review during covid, so I will update since I am back here. They have a nice outdoor pool and a nice gym. I enjoyed my treadmill time tonight. Location is good. There is a new Mexican restaurant in walking distance and a cracker barrel. Rooms: They are clean, mine had a tub shower combo. The TV service our first night was poor but our 2nd night no problems.

    This place was a huge disappointment overall. Starting at front desk, poor attitude. Told them our light was out in bathroom, front desk told US to look for housekeeping. The hallways were freezing. No heat in our room, asked if they could look at, and of course nothing was done. Pretty awful breakfast, hot foods were cold. Stayed at lots of Hampton Inns and this by far was probably the worst. Cleanliness was sub par. Rooms: This place was a huge disappointment overall. Starting at front desk, poor attitude. On top of that, one of the receptionists is absolutely repulsed by the idea of customer service. Several times, I had to make the dreaded walk from my room to the front desk and pray someone nice was working, but almost every time I was met with the same, disrespectful I dont wanna help you attitude.
No one tells you this, but the room service needs to be scheduled the night before AND they DONT REPLACE THE TOWELS! So guess what? Time for another unpleasant interaction with the front desk because god forbid we give the customers new towels. Everything was a chore and an inconvenience! Dont even think about asking for quarters for laundry.
