I have been with Brown & Associates for a few years now and I can say that they are the best. Their plans are affordable and provide great coverage, and their customer service team is very responsive and helpful. They also offer a lot of wellness programs and resources to help me stay healthy. Overall, I highly recommend this company.

I called this number attempting to get healthy insurance. The number sends you to a call center in god knows where. The guy gave me good estimate however once I sent payment...over the phone..I got a notification from my bank about "fraudulent activity" I should have been smarter than I was but I looked it. The guy said I would receive an email with my insurance member IDs and gave me his extension and confirmation codes. Its been 2 hours, no email. Called him back with the extension.. "Extension is not in service" called the original number back to get a human to help me and some guy answered saying my email is delayed due to a party where they were receiving multiple emails about a menu and steak....like what!? So I called my bank and got my card cut off and now I have to deal with that. I used this "Brown & Associates" because it has good reviews....I'm not seeing how. Avoid!!!!
