If you can skip using the trash pickup, I would. Absolute worst. I got on just to write a poor review, and I’m not one to seek out bad mouthing people, but it’s been since the last week in July 2023 since they have picked up and it was a monthly service at best even when we moved in a year ago. All your neighbors will get picked up but yours. You can get people on the phone now when you call, but it won’t do any good. Called once a week since august and twice a week in September and nothing has been done. When you want to shut it off, they say they can’t if there’s still electricity to the home. I hate paying for a service I don’t use.

I wouldnt use the services even if they were doing it for free! Never on time very rudely over the phone very bad services

Theyre never in office when u need them says open till 4 no one answers the phones. Never lets the public know when they want run. Skip picking up trash yet if u miss a bill they putting holds on your car tags

I bought a nice trash can from this company. Garbage pick-up left it in the middle of Bluecutt Rd. one too many times and finally got hit by a car. You can't even call the company to complain or try to make it right because they won't answer nor are they able to take a message because the voice mailboxes are all full. Hurry up and lose your contract in Columbus so we can get some decent service.

I have been at my current address for over two years and outside of when I first moved in they have either been days or over a week (even two weeks) late to pick up my trash. I came home to trash slung all over my yard today (Friday March 1st 2023) when I called them yesterday to come get my trash because it wasn’t picked up on Wednesday, when it’s supposed to be and the person on the phone said it would be picked up on their alternate day (which is today). And I came home to see it wasn’t picked up and it’s too late to call because they’re closed so I will have to wait all the way until next week for my trash to be picked up and I have a full can and every time I’ve brought a second can out they don’t pick up from the second so I can’t win for losing.
