        The company I work for, Red Rock Realty uses Roto Rooter quite often at our many apartment complexes. They are very professional, show up on time, and do a great job every time. If you have drain issues, definitely give them a call.

        Terrible communication! No call-no showed day 1. Day 2, had to call them to find out what was going on, then they said they would come out that afternoon and no call-no showed again. On the 3rd day they finally called and said they would arrive in 45 minutes but showed up nearly an hour and a half later. Terrible customer service and extremely unprofessional. The excuse for not coming day 2 was that they had a "big job" to do that apparently was much more significant than our "quick fix" as they claimed even though they no call-no showed us the first day. Edited to add, the problem is not even fixed! $197 later!!!
