Great service! a little pricey but when you need dirt, they they make it happen! Well worth it!!

This company doesnt take responsibility for their damage done to others. One of their Green Western Star trucks was throwing rocks on Hwy 82 on October 6. We were a long ways behind him (well over 200 feet even though this truck had no sign about staying back) and a HUGE rock hit our windshield causing a major chip - about 4 in diameter. We have to get our windshield replaced. We immediately called Burns Dirt and left a voicemail which wasnt returned. We kept trying to contact them and they finally answered a week later saying theyd have someone call us back. They never did. We tried reaching them again several times and finally this morning (10 days later) a lady answered again. After putting me on a long hold she came back and told me well just have to talk to our insurance about getting it fixed because they have no way of knowing if one of their trucks caused it or not. While I was talking in response, she hung up on me. There were two adults in our car when it happened and we both clearly saw it was one of their trucks. Not only do they not take responsibility for the damage they caused, they also dont have their trucks properly labeled with warning signs about possible rocks. In addition to that, they are extremely rude and unprofessional. I wouldnt recommend working with this company at all.
