        I was told by Verizons customer service to go to this store to get a new sims card because of my technical issues.The two employees that worked there were no help!! One had no clue and the other was rude for no reason and refused to give me a sims card!! Rest assured I will complain until I get the right person to straighten out this store because I have seen similar reviews from other customers!
