        This is now the Carl Hogan Jeep/Dodge/Ram and Chevy dealership/service center. I made an appointment to get a recall addressed on my car and added an oil change and 5-tire rotation figuring the dealership cost was worth the convince. I will never take any car there ever again! After 4 hours with my car, it was very obvious upon pickup that my tires were not rotated; I mark them before rotation in order to check. When I informed the attendants, I was met with an incredibly rude and angry reaction from the mechanic who was ordered to actually do his job. Go figure. With the same lack of professionalism, he took my car, rotated the tires, and returned my car to me. I have very little faith the recall was actually addressed on my car and have zero intentions of ever using any Carl Hogan services, dealerships, etc.
