Absolutely disappointing service. I dropped my vehicle off at Bob's Paint and Auto Body 1 month and 6 days ago to have my windshield replaced and my hood and side panels repainted for rock chips. They have now delayed when I should expect my vehicle back three times. I still don't have it back. First, they were waiting for the windshield, that was the second week they had it. Then, two weeks later, apparently the only technician who can repaint my vehicle got COVID. Now that the technician is back, they just find out that they ordered the wrong windshield. Absolutely ridiculous. The cherry on top is they refuse to pay for a rental car, despite they delay they have created. Funny enough, only 15.4 hours of labor went into the vehicle repair in total, which they still haven't completely finished in the past 1 month and 6 days. DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE.

Be sure to get a firm date of finish in writing. I took my car for repair to a front fender, wheel, and trim. I was told at estimate time it would take 7-10 days. 30 days later after multiple calls and 2 trips to check on it, it was finally finished. Work is good but clean up was very lacking, especially interior.

Bob's did an amazing job for me! I had a bad wreck and I was so stressed out over the damage and the repairs but they walked me through everything, they answered all my questions (and I had a lot of questions) and they made the process so easy for me. My truck looks brand new and you can't tell it was ever wrecked.

I used to be a repeat customer of Bobs. My last two cars they have repaired were awful. They used a glue instead of a clip to fix my bumper. The glue was visible and an eye sore. They fixed it after I you have pearl paint, dont even think about bringing your car here. I had a deer hit me in the side door that caused about a 9 inch scrape. They were not able to match the color the first or second time. After painting the entire side of my car, they finally got a color that was close to the original. This third time, there are runs in the paint. I dont know what happened to this place but I wont be going back. Ever! Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I've been a customer of Bob's paint and auto body in Columbus Mississippi for a number of years. The results have always been flawless and they have always gone above and beyond to make sure my vehicle is ready when I pick it up and that the quality level is where it needs to be. As of today I am no longer a customer. They called me to tell me my vehicle was ready, when I went to pick it up I immediately notice the rear hatch was misaligned to the body. I went out and asked for someone to come out and look and they said they would take care of it. They called me back the next day and said it was ready so I took off work. When I got there and lifted the hatch to inspect the work I noticed several scratches and a trim panel popped off the rear hatch. It had been held on with hot glue. The clips were obviously broken off. The quality that was at Bob's towing and auto body is no more. I cannot recommend them to anyone.
