Miss Tolor in the payroll department struggles to do her job. It is too much work for her to email me my W2. I have asked over and over, now she won't answer the phone. It's like she enjoys playing games. Unfortunate when you have to sit on hold with the IRS to get your W2... I'll get it one way or another. EDIT I called three weeks ago and she took all my information. She told me she would send it by the end of the day. Nothing. I waited until yesterday to call again. She gave me the same run around. Told me it would be sent by the end of the day. Still nothing. I called today and the front lady sent me to her, no answer, so I left a voicemail. Waited a little then tried to call again and the lady at the front didn't answer my call. Looking at the reviews, this is not the first time this has happened. All I wanted was my W2. The only way I could get it was having 416 send her an email. She responded to them immediately. She was playing some type of power trip with me. To say you haven't had a request for my W2 is a lie. On two separate occasions I gave her my social and email. Its been known the people in this office do the least. Glad I no longer have to deal with them.

I want to talk about the store in Mabane, North Carolina at the Flying J Pilot. I called and asked if they could change our the NOX sensor on my Kenworth. Remind you that I just left the Kenworth dealership. The price for the sensor was only$678.00, so I called back to Southern to ask if they could do it today. The guy said yes and only a few minutes later . I get a call for a total price for the past and to put it on $1700.00. I asked how much was the labour and he said $130.00 a hour for two hours. I said ok, that's only about $1000.00. where did you get the other$700.00? He said it's their mark up. I asked Mark up? He said yes we have to mark it up. I said ok I get the mark up but$700.00? He said yes it's cooperate . I called cooperate and spoke to Mr.Lance. he said he would call the store. After taking with the guy at the store. He called me back and said he didn't know anything about that type of math up, but that is all he could do. So I'm here to tell anyone not to every deal with the Mebane North Carolina store. They are ripping driver's off by doubling the prices and Cooperate does nothing about it.. I'm closing amount after 5 years of trusting Southern tire mart. This shows the truth about Americans. The bigger you become the more you forever about the people who supported you in the beginning.
