Had difficulty finding someone in my area to work on split AC units. Did an internet search for someone in my area and came across Tempmonsters. Their reviews were substantially better than everyone else so I gave them a call. Tempmonsters reviews were really good and the work they did for me was spot on. Mr. Rogers is very knowledgeable on split AC units, diagnosed my problem and explained to me in detail my options. Mr Rogers was on time and did an excellent job replacing my unit. I called Tempmonsters since the original company that installed our unit a few years ago is now longer in business. I spoke with Mr. Tim, the owner, and explained what was going on with my hvac unit and right away he knew exactly what was wrong and came out and fully serviced it and fixed the problem the very same afternoon! My husband and I were extremely impressed with his vast knowledge, great professionalism, lightening fast response, and sincere kindness he showed us from the beginning to the end! I would very highly recommend his business and services to all and anyone who desires to receive excellent quality work and a great experience all around!

AC went out on one of the hottest days of the summer. Called at 1:30, said he would be here as soon as he finished job he was on. Got here about 6:30 had cold air by 7:30. Will definitely use again. Service: A/C system repair
