        Our mail rider on sellers rd can't see or read every one on sellers rd in collins mail is a mess we are all constantly haven to bring the mail to rite address my neighbors usually have yo bring my msil I have to give them their mail I have 2 daughters with totally different names xnd addresses i eont get mail in my box most of time have yo check their. Boxes to check for mu mail i have complained 2 times has done no good collins post office is a joke

        1/29/2020 The manager (Tina Smith) has provided misleading information as well as violated 18 U.S. CODE 1703 a)Whoever, being a Postal Service officer or employee, unlawfully secretes, destroys, detains, delays, or opens any letter, postal card, package, bag, or mail entrusted to him or which shall come into his possession, and which was intended to be conveyed by mail, or carried or delivered by any carrier or other employee of the Postal Service. THIS MUST BE RESOLVED IMMEDIATELY!!

        I have never had such a bad experience with a post office. This post office has lost packages, not delivered packages and when you finally get ahold of somebody on the phone, they have no idea what's going on. I was supposed to have something delivered today that I needed for a trip I'm taking this weekend. Tracking number says "out for delivery" yet it didn't come in the mail. Congrats on being the worst post office I know.

        Only one person could answer even basic questions about passports? Even asked if there was anyone else.. Have to wait for that person to return from their lunch. This seems really strange considering the business. Job security though! Called back and spoke to right person. changed rating.Not employee's fault if they aren't given/taught information.
