        I had a great experience with the staff and Patricia the agent was very helpful in determining our needs for our home and auto. We plan on also sitting down to get some life insurance after moving into our home real soon. I would encourage you to stop by and give them a chance to look at what you have and see if they can do you better or see if you have the right coverage because we found out we did not and if something had happened we would have not been happy with the agent who had our home insurance down the road.

      The James Agency is celebrating our 37th Year of Service to the Pine Belt. Jerry W. James, Retired, brought Nationwide Insurance to the Hattiesburg, MS area in 1982. Jerry's son Patrick, was given the opportunity to continue the Legacy in 2010. The James Agency was founded on the Principles of Honesty, Integrity, Selflessness, and Customer Service. After 36 years, it is these Foundational Principles that motivate our Associates each day to provide the best Customer Experience possible.
