        Marcus Nixon is great until there is a misunderstanding. Then instead of having good customer service he doesnt care to hear both sides of the story. And hangs up in your face instead of coming to an understanding and both parties being happy with each other. Dont try to move your payment up any no matter what. They will tell you that you dont have to worry about it till the 20th and take almost $700 out on the 6th. I dont write reviews ever. This is my first actually. but this is need to know. He assumed a situation and didnt care to hear what it actually was. Cody Ross was the back bone of this company when it came to customer service. Now that hes gone I wouldnt recommend it to anyone
