The room was dirty it wasnt clean. Not only that there were roaches and the manger had an attitude. He also charged me 55$ just because i decorated the room a little.

The room floors in the room was dirty as heck and there was no room service at all that came around. Me and my friends seen little roaches in the room which was disgusting. I would highly recommend not coming here. Definitely giving it ZERO stars because a hotel isnt suppose to be nasty at all.

The front counter tried to get me to pay for what was supposed to be included in my room (sofabed). She also advised that it's lready in the room so she won't charge me more but I can't get linens for it. It looks like it came off the curb after someone's grandma died! I'm supposed to have my 7yo sleep on that?? Not to mention a TV is on the floor and the one in the bedroom says "NO SIGNAL"! Not to mention, the second we walked in, I saw an inch long roach on the sink! I am so upset, especially since the lady at the front called us liars. And when we showed her the dead roach she "I saw nothing" ON CAMERA!!! I....IDK. this is beyond my comprehension

Big yikes here. Everything seemed to have stains on it, multiple items in the room need to be replaced, and the hallways have a strong smoke smell. The only thing saving it from being only 1 star is that the water was hot and I didnt find bed bugs. Still, definitely not worth the price. Would not recommend and will stay away when passing through in the future. Rooms: Needs a lot of updates, replacements, and deep cleaning. Very quiet though and pet friendly. Food & drinks: Froghead Grill next door was phenomenal! An Applebees is also nearby.
