        Went to this store a few days ago(i dont live in this city so its not often i go there but since i had to go back today 3/26/24 i stopped back by). I purchased an alcoholic beverage case of moms drinks when i got home and open them one was leaking so two days later i brought them back(today) the clerk told me they couldnt refund me and i was fine with that but they told me i needed a manager to exchange them. The manager Paul came out who was on his phone and not really paying attention to me or my concern, looked at the box and said its not wet(which was two days ago so of course it dried up) he said oh were not taking that back as in though i had a reason to lie. If youre here in Cleveland trying to exchange something that was damaged from THEIR location please do bother. This was unprofessional and unrealistic as why cant i exchange something that was damaged at your location?! RIDICULOUS!!
