Nice and quiet area. Neighbors are friendly. Very nice laundry and gym facilities! Highly recommend

The apartment and neighborhood were nice and quiet but the management lady Michele VanDaley was VERY rude and racist. I've had a carpet problem once, and water was coming from the carpet went to the office to let her know and she was being VERY mean and racist. She wouldn't reply to the email and was always yelling at us and was looking down on us. She wouldn't get the process started and had to live there for a week like that with mold and something growing off the carpet because of her incompetence to get the work done, I have chronic Asthma, and it got terrible after it. But, the owner guy Owen Kittle was nice and solved the problem. She even blamed us for purposefully spilling water on the carpet, the audacity! And one day I was one day late with the rent because I didn't remember about it and when I went to give the money to her she charged us a $50 late fee, just for one day! I've never seen anyone as bad as her, and she's a very dirty and rude person. I've lived there from 2018 to 2020, and I've had to endure this for two years. The lady needs to learn some manners and needs training on how to speak with the tenants. She is the worst person I've ever met and I hope whoever lives there doesn't experience what I did. I'm rating this one star because of Michele VanDaley.
