This place is a sheet hole! Run down filthy dirty furniture. The owner of this place is a greedy fool! No investment back into the property! This is the most run down dump Hampton i have ever seen! I will not stay here again! Extremely overpriced also!

Hotel needs an uplift.
Walls, carpet, seats, couches, curtains look rough. Either they are stained or damaged.
Costumer service is ok.
The morning staff is friendlier than evening front desk staff.
Breakfast is good.
I booked the hotel based on the breakfast and it didnt disappoint.

We stayed here for my brother's homegoing services Friday night 03/15/24! This stay was the worst Hilton property I've ever seen! I am a Hilton Honors member, travel a lot and I've visited/stayed at 9 Hiltons/Hamptons in the last 3 months in LAX,Cali area, B'ham, AL, Meridan, MS, Houston/Humble, TX & Mphis, TN. My 1st mind was to book the Hampton Inn at 175 Peabody 2 nights but we only stayed there Sat. & that was a huge mistake...I would've rather driven an hour to Clarksdale area before the funeral than to stay at that place.
***Mona was very nice & apologized a couple times to us and the other guest that had to changed rooms because their door would not close properly. The young ladies at check-out were nice too. (no name badges & we were rushing out) AND they gym was clean.
The 1st room (#210) was Missing the TV & Frig., it also had a bad packed down/bad smell.
Went in the 2nd room-Rm 103 & used half my can of Lysol because it had a mildewy/rancid smell. Pulled the covers back to check & spray and we saw dips in the middle of the bed. The room did not have towels & the ones Mona gave us from another room were a Cream/off-white color so we just used our travel beach towels to shower. Had to run out for family hour...got back 4 hours later.
The shower had Rust & Hair in the corners. The front shower glass door would only close half way & the back glaas door was just flapping because the track for it was broken/missing.
The shower gel was Empty (was just gonna use it to with cleaner to help fragrance the shower.) Had to run & get cleaning items from the dollar store next to this place.
The curtains had something red on them & they were mismatched length/color.
When we made it back to the room after family time, it honestly looked like the bedding/mattress was sinking in more. I mean sunken in like a old school Water Bed.
I picked up the room phone to call the front desk to let them know, it looks like 2 ppl from my 600 lb life had a 12 round fight in this bed,.. the phone didn't work.
Googled & called from my mobile & the young lady tried to put us in a 3rd room but I was Over It!! We had to sleep cross ways the foot of the bed so we didn't sink in the bed. Got about 3 or 4 hrs of sleep before the homegoing services.
This Is Not the Hilton standard!
