Walgreens Pharmacy

Is an absolute joke. My wife picked up some meds for her sister that was 20 dollars and they turned around and charged her 94 dollars a couple hours later. When called about the issue the manager said we needed to contact the bank and just tell them not to pay it.

Pharmacists is rude, and does not comply with company standards of hippa or customer service. would not reccomend to patients who value their health or privacy

Pharmacy staff is unprofessional and inappropriate, does not follow hippa regulations, with poor customer service to physician offices.

Frauds. Thieves. Liars. Stole $94 off my card AFTER I had left the store from purchasing $20 worth of meds. When asked about it the next day, I was told that Yeah, our drawer was $94 over but we dont know why. Its your banks fault. No its not bc it was from YOUR BUSINESS. Why not just give My money bank since you admitted you had it. But no, we were given the run around saying oh the general manager will call you. Never happened. its a hold on your card like at a gas station I have never had a hold from a pharmacy. Also, if it was a hold, it would have gone away right. Bc its just a hold? Wrong, that money went ALL the way out of my account. This pharmacy used to be the nicest and fastest one in town, but its so far from that now. So unless you and your family want to be taken advantage of, DO NOT GO HERE FOR YOUR PHARMACY NEEDS!!!
